Utilizzando l'app Kere accetti i seguenti Termini e Condizioni redatti da Siva Show, Italia.
Kere è un'app di messaggistica privata che permette di inviare messaggi, foto e fare chiamate audio/video con altri utenti registrati.
Per utilizzare Kere è necessario registrarsi con un indirizzo email valido e verificarlo. L'utente è responsabile della sicurezza delle proprie credenziali.
È vietato utilizzare Kere per:
L'app Kere, il suo design e il suo codice sono di proprietà di Siva Show. I contenuti inviati dagli utenti rimangono di proprietà degli utenti stessi.
Siva Show non è responsabile per contenuti inviati dagli utenti, interruzioni del servizio o perdita di dati dovuta a cause di forza maggiore.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o eliminare account che violano questi Termini senza preavviso.
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini in qualsiasi momento. Gli utenti saranno notificati tramite l'app o via email.
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Milano.

Siva Show — Italia
Il presente Contratto di Licenza con l'Utente Finale ("EULA") è un accordo legale tra l'utente e Siva Show per l'utilizzo dell'applicazione mobile Kere, distribuita tramite l'App Store di Apple.
Siva Show concede all'utente una licenza limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per scaricare, installare e utilizzare l'app su dispositivi Apple di proprietà o sotto il controllo dell'utente, secondo quanto consentito dalle Regole di utilizzo dell'App Store Apple.
L'app e tutto il contenuto, le funzionalità e la tecnologia in essa inclusi sono di proprietà di Siva Show e sono protetti dalla normativa applicabile in materia di proprietà intellettuale.
L'utente mantiene la titolarità dei contenuti che pubblica tramite l'app. Concede a Siva Show una licenza limitata per utilizzare tali contenuti esclusivamente ai fini dell'erogazione del servizio.
L'app è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, espresse o implicite. Siva Show non garantisce che l'app sia priva di errori, interruzioni o vulnerabilità.
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Siva Show non è responsabile per danni diretti, indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare l'app.
Questa licenza è valida fino alla sua rescissione. Siva Show può rescindere questa licenza in qualsiasi momento in caso di violazione dei presenti termini. Alla rescissione, l'utente deve cessare ogni utilizzo dell'app e cancellare tutte le copie installate.
L'utente riconosce che Apple Inc. è una terza parte beneficiaria del presente EULA e che Apple ha il diritto di far valere il presente EULA nei confronti dell'utente. In caso di conflitto tra i presenti termini e le Regole di utilizzo dell'App Store Apple, prevarranno le Regole di utilizzo dell'App Store Apple.
Siva Show, e non Apple, è responsabile dell'app e del suo contenuto. Eventuali reclami relativi all'app, inclusi reclami per responsabilità del prodotto, non conformità a requisiti legali o normativi, devono essere indirizzati a Siva Show all'indirizzo: support.kere@gmail.com
L'utente dichiara di non trovarsi in un paese soggetto a embargo del governo degli Stati Uniti o designato come paese che "sostiene il terrorismo", e di non figurare in alcun elenco governativo statunitense di soggetti vietati o soggetti a restrizioni.
Il presente EULA è regolato dalla legge italiana, salvo eventuali norme inderogabili di tutela del consumatore applicabili.

Kere is a private messaging app that allows users to send messages, photos, and make audio/video calls with other registered users.
To use Kere you must register with a valid email address and verify it. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials.
It is prohibited to use Kere to:
The Kere app, its design and its code are the property of Siva Show. Content sent by users remains the property of the users themselves.
Siva Show is not responsible for content sent by users, service interruptions, or data loss due to force majeure.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has jurisdiction over any disputes.

Siva Show — Italy
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Siva Show for the use of the Kere mobile application, distributed via the Apple App Store.
Siva Show grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on Apple devices owned or controlled by you, as permitted by the Apple App Store Usage Rules.
The app and all content, features, and technology included therein are the property of Siva Show and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You retain ownership of the content you publish through the app. You grant Siva Show a limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Siva Show does not warrant that the app will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.
To the extent permitted by law, Siva Show is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
This license is effective until terminated. Siva Show may terminate this license at any time in the event of a breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all installed copies.
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and that Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple App Store Usage Rules, the Apple App Store Usage Rules shall prevail.
Siva Show, and not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims or non-conformance with legal or regulatory requirements, must be directed to Siva Show at: support.kere@gmail.com
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This EULA is governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
